Cancellation Policy

24-hour advance notice is required when canceling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give us 24 hours advance notice you may be charged the full appointment fee. If you are sick or there is an emergency, the fee will be waived. Please do not come in if you are experiencing flu-like or other symptoms of illness. Thank you for your understanding!
